PR GIRLS SCORE AT 2009 NPC NATIONALS

Congratulations to Ami Seier, Amanda Berthod, Teale Mueller and Heather Drescher who competed in the 2009 NPC Bikini & Figure Nationals, held in Ft. Lauderdale, FL over the weekend of November 20. Hot mama, Ami Seier is proving the Bikini division is perfect for her, placing 5th in Class C at her first national Bikini competition. Amanda looked in her best shape, but placed out of the top ten. The Figure division is looking to be more suitable for Amanda’s strong, sexy physique. Teale competed in her 3rd national competition this year, placing 6th once again in class D! She has made tremendous improvements to her physique and overall presentation and is looking forward to another successful competition season in 2010. Teale’s sister, Heather, looked stunning displaying a lean yet curvy physique in her first national competition and only second show ever. Heather has a great look and is determined to keep training hard, already eager to step back on stage. Look for all of these PR Girls to compete in the Arnold Amateur in March, 2010.

PR GIRLS COMPETE IN THE FITNESS FIESTA

Congratulations to the PR Girls who competed in the 2009 Carla Sanchez Fitness Fiesta! First-time competitors Sherri Newson and Kathy Weber looked fantastic and had fun taking center stage. Sherri finished 2nd in the following Figure classes: Masters 30-35, Novice B and Open C. Kathy finished 2nd in Figure Novice C class, 4th in Figure Masters Over 40 and 2nd in Figure Open D. Sherri will be taking center stage again at the NPC Colorado Natural on October 24!

PR Hot Mama, Ami Seier won the HOT MAMA model search, along with placing 5th in the Bodysport.com Fitness Model Search and claiming the Overall Bikini title! Ami will head to FL in November to compete in the NPC National Bikini Championships!

NPC national Figure competitor, Teale Mueller placed 2nd in the Bodysport.com Fitness Model Search and won the FAN FAVORITE award! Teale is in training for the NPC National Figure Championships in November where she will share the stage with sister and PR Teammate, Heather Drescher!

Figure competitor, Kari Abt looked red hot in her Bikini division debut, placing 1st in Class A. She also placed 4th in the Bodysport.com Fitness model search and 3rd in the HOT MAMA model search. Watch out for Kari to heat up the stage in the NPC National Bikini Championships in November!

NEW PR PRO!

Congratulations to Jaime Meade for earning IFBB PRo status by placing 2nd in Figure Class E at the 2009 NPC Team Universe Championships! Jaime is a blonde fit beauty that has a great future in the pro ranks! Our PRo Fitness girl, Jessie Palmer competed in the NY Pro Figure Championships and placed 7th overall. Great job to this superfit Hot Mama! Jenny Lewis placed 5th in Figure Class D. Despite this show not being one of her best, she has a super winning attitude and loves competing, so we will see her back on a national stage soon! Jennifer Devencenty competed in her first national competition, giving the Bikini division a try. Jennifer has a great sexy, athletic physique better suited for Figure, so we will see her back on a figure stage in the near future! Next competition for the PR Team is the 2009 NPC Carla Sanchez Fitness Fiesta, October 3.

2009 NPC USA FITNESS/BIKINI WRAP-UP

Five fabulously fit PR Girls traveled to Sin City for the 2009 NPC USA Figure and Bikini Championships, July 24-25, 2009. Top national Figure competitor, Jenny Lewis was looking to take home a 1st place trophy, but found herself placing 2nd, which was an awesome achievement in a class of nearly 50 competitors! Jenny felt great, had fun and left more motivated than ever to step back on stage in September at the NPC Team Universe Championships. Teale Mueller proved to be a consistent top 10 national level competitor, placing 6th. She received very helpful feedback from the judges and looks forward to competing in the NPC Nationals in FL, where she will have the opportunity to compete with her sister and fellow PR Teammate, Heather Drescher. Our Bikini Queen Jamie Polk wore a new, red hot suit and looked super sexy, placing 6th. Jamie has the ideal Bikini ‘look’ and will surely be moving into the pro ranks before too long! National newbies, Dannielle and Jill had an amazing experience and looked great in their first national competition, placing 13th and 16th respectively. Dannielle has a super physique and will continue to train hard to present a tighter and more balanced physique. Look for Jill to compete at the CO Natural, October 24th, and watch out! She’s working hard to bring a totally new and refined look to the stage!
