 The Performance Ready Fitness and Figure Team was founded in August 2000 by IFBB Pro and former Denver Broncos Cheerleader, Carla Sanchez, CSCS and three-time recipient of the Colorado NPC Trainer of the Year Award. This super fit, high-energy Colorado team boasts several of the nation’s top fitness and figure competitors and fitness models!
The PR Team athletes, known as the “PR Girls,” are passionate about realizing their personal fitness goals and are committed to excel as competitors. They portray a striking balance of athleticism, beauty, power and grace. Their dedication to a fit and healthy lifestyle is evident when they step on stage! PR Girls are recognized by their strong and shapely physiques, polished and highly skilled fitness routines, flawless stage presence and winning attitudes!

 Carla coaches and advises each Performance Ready athlete through individualized training programs, diet planning, pre-contest preparation and leads ongoing team workouts, camps and seminars. Carla covers every detail to ensure a flawless presentation on stage.
