PR GIRLS MAKE THE LINGERIE FOOTBALL LEAGUE’S DENVER DREAM TEAM!!
Congratulations to PR Girls Kari Abt and Jess Palmer for making the Lingerie Football League’s Denver Dream Team! In simply five seasons the Lingerie Bowl has established itself as must-see TV for Super Bowl viewers at halftime around the world. THE FIT, FAB FIVE ROCK THE ROCKY
The PR Team was represented by Aspen Schmidt, Abbe Dorn, Dannielle Marez and first-time competitors, Jill Heggemeier and Tiffany Berg at the 2008 NPC Rocky Mountain Fitness and Figure Championships on November 15, 2008. The PR Girls looked great and represented what a fit and healthy lifestyle is all about! Aspen, only 17 years old, placed 2nd in Fitness and 5th in Figure. Dannielle placed 1st in her second consecutive Figure competition. Tiffany Berg has made a tremendous physique transformation, losing nearly 50 pounds and placing 2nd in her first Figure competition! Jill, another first-time competitor, also had a baby just ten months ago and walked away winning her class! Abbe looked her all-time best and despite not placing in the top-five, is happy with her tighter, more streamlined physique.

Congratulations to Liza Kampstra for earning IFBB Pro status at the Team Universe Championships in NYC on September 5, 2008. Liza placed 2nd in Class B to earn her IFBB Pro Card. She has been figure training for two years under the guidance of PR Coach, Carla Sanchez, and is a constant source of inspiration to her PR teammates.
