Congratulations to the newest PR mamas, Jessie Palmer and Christine Pomponio-Pate. Jessie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on December 2nd at 10:59am. Danica Tae Palmer weighed 7 lbs. and was 20-3/4 inches long. Christine had a healthy baby boy on December 27th at 1:25 am. Riley James Pate weighed 6 lbs. 15oz. and was 19 inches long. Both mamas are doing well and enjoying their new bundles of joy!

Anthony Richard Sanchez, III; “Little Trooper,” was born on his due date, September 23, 2007 at 4:05pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 10.5 oz. and was 21 inches long. Congratulations to Jaime Meade for continuing her winning streak by placing 1st in the Open Figure Class C and taking the Overall Figure title at the NPC Natural Colorado Open on November 3, 2007.
 CREATING A CHAMPION
Before joining the PR Team, Jessica Steffens competed at the National Figure Championships, placing last and was unsure of her potential as a Figure competitor. Jessica became a PR Girl in January, 2007 and began focusing her efforts on improving her physique and preparing to compete again on the national stage. With discipline, dedication and intense training alongside her PR teammates, Jessica competed in four national championships this summer, placing top ten at each competition. It was the North American Championships, the last pro qualifier of 2007, that proved to be her best show! Jess proudly ends the 2007 season winning her class and earning her IFBB pro card! Jessica’s next stage appearance will be at the Olympia on September 29, where she will be competing in the FLEX Bikini Model Search. Review photos of Jessica’s physique transformation here. IFBB Pro and PR Fitness & Figure Coach, Carla Sanchez, is just about ready to have a baby! Thanks to her health and fitness expertise and active lifestyle, Carla has continued training and has remained active throughout her pregnancy. To share her exercise routine and tips, Carla teamed up with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter to produce a pregnancy training video, ‘Training for Two,’ which will be available before Christmas.  JESSICA WINS THE 2007 DARQUE TAN MODEL SEARCH
Congratulations to the beautiful and fit PR Girls, Jessica Steffens, Liza Kampstra, Nicole Reuth and Jennifer Devencenty who competed in the 2007 Darque Tan Model search at the Colorado Pro Am, June 1-2. Liza placed 3rd and Jessica took home the title, receiving $1,000! This is the 2nd year in a row that a PR Girl has won the Darque Tan Model search! THE 2007 JR. USA FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to PR Girls, Liza Kampstra, Anna Laratta and Kristine Reinking who competed in the 2007 Jr. USA Figure Championships, held in Charleston, SC on April 28th. Liza tied for 11th in Class A which was her first national competition and only 3rd competition! Anna, super fit mama of four children, finished 14th in Class C and hot firefighter, Kristine placed 7th in a super tough D Class. Liza and Anna will be competing next at Jr. Nationals, June 15th-16th in Chicago, IL and Kristine’s next competition is the National Figure Championships in NYC, July 13th-14th.

 JENNIFER DEVENCENTY AT THE STEEL CITY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Great job to Jennifer Devencenty who competed in the Steel City Championships in Pueblo, CO on April 28th, placing 4th in the middle class. While preparing for this competition, Jennifer lost 15 pounds, dropped 9 percent body fat, lost 2.5 inches from her waist, 4 inches from her hips and 3 inches from her thighs! She’s a true champion! Jennifer’s husband Chris also competed, placing 2nd. Congratulations to this excellent pair of athletes!

She is the subject of the Advanced section of an article titled “Taking It to the Next Level” where she contributes a six-week progressive program of compound exercises and some heart-racing plyometrics. Carla also models for photos showing the techniques. The program is one of several workouts she employs with the PR Team.

With more than 19,000 eligible members in over 80 countries, being nominated for such a distinguished award is an outstanding achievement on its own.
