PR Competitor Camps cover training and nutritional strategies, nutrient timing and supplementation, judging criteria, stage presentation, competition make-up application, suit selection, body color application, and NEW this year, fitness modeling with Terry and Elaine Goodlad! Take home invaluable tips from top fitness and figure experts which will lead you to competition and modeling success! All participants will receive two full days of ‘fitness and figure prep’ led by top fitness and figure industry experts. In addition, all participants will train with Carla’s Run the Rocks class at the world famous Red Rocks amphitheatre, attend a Booty School workout and sweat in Carla’s X-Rated workout.
