Join IFBB Pro, Carla Sanchez and special guests, to learn top tips to compete at your very best and shine in 2009! PR Competitor Camps are jam-packed with information, including: training and nutritional strategies, nutrient timing and supplementation, injury recovery and prevention, judging criteria, stage poise & presentation, competition make-up application, suit selection, body color application, and numerous skin care and beauty tips to help you look your very best on stage! Take home invaluable tips from top fitness and beauty experts which will give you the confidence and knowledge necessary to be successful on stage! All participants will receive 3 full days of ‘competition prep’ suited for Fitness, Figure and Bikini competitors. Additionally, all participants will train with Carla’s Run the Rocks class at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre, attend Booty School, BLT [Booty & Leg Training], Skip & Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga, and NEW this year, a fitness dance class and strength skills class for Fitness and Jr. Fitness competitors. Each participant will receive a Performance Ready competitor gift bag, a PR Fitness and Figure Competitor manual complete with a full month of workouts, dinner following camp on Saturday night, and the chance to win fabulous fitness prizes including gift certificates to Christine Marsh Designs, workout wear by Fizeek Brazil, Beach Body tanning products, VPX supplements, gift certificates to Max Muscle Highlands Ranch, competition and training accessories and much more!
